Life is not all black and white

When we are unable to process or express an emotion as it occurs, the energy of this becomes trapped within. We are energetic beings and energy is always in movement - it needs to flow.

 

The Effect of Trauma 

 

When we think of trauma, we usually consider it in a context of something huge - the typical life experiences of losing someone we love, divorce, a life threatening illness and so forth. 

However, many things in life can be causing us mild trauma all the time. Not feeling heard, understood, accepted, liked, loved, appreciated. 

 

We feel many emotions at any given time. Although there may be an over riding one such as anger, we will still have others running  in the background, fear, embarrassment, lack of self worth and so on and on and on ...

 

The subsequent energy blocks formed, have a negative effect on our energetic flow. This can result in physical and mental health challenges, as well as the more obvious emotional ones.
